Blow Lugworm
Blow Lugworm

This is by far my favorite bait. You can dig for lug in Estuary's on low water and its free! Little tip though once you find a area to dig don't tell anyone or you might find it harder to find them next time you go digging.

Unwashed Squid
Unwashed Squid

This is a good all round bait that can be used in both Summer and Winter to catch a variety of species. I use small strips to catch species such as Bream and a couple hole Squid in a cocktail with Lug or Ragworm for species such as Cod.

Mackerel
Mackerel

This is a good oily smelly bait that can be used for most species. You can catch these yourself in the summer months and stock up your freezer for winter. I like to use Mackerel and some bread in an onion sack to chum the water and attract fish especially if I'm after Garfish.
